I was very happy with the quality of the 30g tin matcha. However, when changing to the 100g bag, the matcha was much worse, with the texture becoming chalky and leaving residue in the mouth despite sifting and whisking the same as before. It is clearly not stone ground as advertised.
This is my second time ordering matcha, and it’s sooo god!
The notes like nutty,it’s a light matcha not strong but elegant, rich umami

Whenever I get the opportunity to work from home, I’ve established a little routine after lunch that makes me appreciate the solace of uninterupted deep work; that’s when I burn some of my Sandalwood & Plum incense and a warm serving of my Ceremonial Grade Matcha. This combination just sets a focus I just can’t replicate at the office (for obvious reasons!).
