The incense is quality and the service was without problems!

Asayu Japan has excellent customer service, and the quality of their incense is the best. They have a wide variety of scents to choose from. One of my favorites, Agarwood, gives off a subtle, pleasant aroma that makes you smile and think, "nice." Please do yourself a treat and try them.

Love this company!! I have been through a ton of different kinds of incense & a plethora of holders. I always dealt with a mess of ash &/or the overly strong smells of incense. This is by far the best company I’ve dealt with!!! Not only are the products genuinely artistic & lovely but the incense they sell burns with perfect subtlety. And no mess to clean up. I won’t buy from anywhere else now; It’s worth a little extra. I plan to purchase a few more for the rest of my house and for gifts :)))

Recently I ordered Agarwood Scent, a low smoke incense that is subtle and pleasant. When I enter the room, the fragrance is understated and yet I smile and think, "Nice." I have reorder with Assay Japan and they are consistent in delivering high quality incense and superior customer service.

The incense is better than expected and worth the price. Customer service at Asayu Japan is far above average; it is super good. I will reorder from Asayu Japan.

The low smoke incense are perfect for my smaller apartment! The scents are amazing and make for a great ambiance.

I've been wanting to try incense for a long time, but my allergies make it had because of the smoke. I was really excited to find this low smoke incense to try! It should really be called "no smoke", it was incredible how little there was after lighting it. Out of both scents I think I prefer the Sakura one more, it has a light sweetness to it while still having depth, and has been wonderful to light at night before bed with the window slightly open to hear the rain and get a light cold breeze. The Green Tea scent is a lighter scent overall, and doesn't smell too much different from the Sakura (that could be my constantly stuffy nose talking though), but still very enjoyable! I will for sure be purchasing from this company again to try the other scents!

They smell nice, and burn well. I haven't tried using them in the morning and evening as they advertise. I light them usually in the evenings when I get home to help relax."
