The Zen Series is built around two scents: the Japanese Zen Garden blend and wagiku, the chrysanthemum that turns up in Japanese flower arrangement. Both are low smoke, so the scent carries without the haze that makes a small room feel closed in.

Sandalwood and agarwood sit alongside them in the gift sets, each paired with the Zen incense holder in black and gold. The holders are Mino ware from Toki, Gifu prefecture, glazed by hand, so the finish varies piece to piece.

Sticks come in 20g and 40g boxes and burn for roughly twenty five minutes each. Made on Awaji Island from natural woods, resins and essential oils, with no synthetic fragrance.
