Sake cups can also be used as a small bowl. Serve side dishes in the cups. Just add tomatoes, edamame, carrot salad, bite sized tofu, fruits, etc. to the cups to make the table enjoyable. What You Need
・ 2 carrots
・ 5 tbsp vinegar
・ 2 tbsp olive oil
・ 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
・ Salt, to taste
・ Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

What To Do
1, Peel and then finely shred the carrots.
2, Combine together all of the ingredients and whisk.

As Dipping Sauce Dishes

You can serve dipping sauces in the sake cups for salad sticks, tortilla chips, and vegan chicken nuggets. It would be more fun to add various colors to your table.

・A handful of walnuts

What To Do
Grind the toasted walnuts with a mortar and pestle.

 

 

Japanese Sesami sauce

What You Need

・3 tsp sesame
・1 tbsp sake
・1 tbsp mirin
・2 tsp soy sauce

What To Do
1, Put 1 tbsp sake and mirin in a small bowl and heat in a microwave for about 20 seconds without wrapping to remove alcohol, and remove the heat.
2, Put the sesame seeds in a frying pan and toast them over low heat. (Toasting the sesame seeds enhances their nutty flavor!)
3, Grind the toasted sesame seeds with a mortar and pestle.
4, Add 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp water, and mix until well combined.
