I've really enjoyed using these Asayu lavender incense sticks in the evening when I want the room to feel calm and relaxed without filling it with heavy smoke. One stick lasts a nice amount of time, making it perfect for winding down, reading, stretching, meditating, or just enjoying a quiet cup of tea. This is a really nice Japanese incense. As advertise it is low smoke and I do feel like that's pretty accurate. It burns quite fast so I wouldn't expect it to last a long time. However, the scent lingers. It does smell like lavender, but it has a little bit of that traditional incense smell. It would make for a great gift for someone you know that does enjoy burning incense. Overall, I do like it and I would recommend it if you're looking for something with low smoke.
Mild incense sticks in a lavender scent with Japanese packaging that is very nice and high quality. It has a very subtle scent of lavender that will go throughout the house. They don't smoke much at all, which is a great quality to have with incense sticks. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for this style of stick.
It's true that packaging can make all the difference. The incense sticks? Slender, delicate. The sticks burn gently, without smoke (of course). A light ash remains on the stick. And now the scent. Light. Not too strong. Less lavender-like than I imagined but nonetheless noticeable. It's time to enjoy my tea, calmly.
