This Wakocha Japanese black tea has a light, refreshing taste that’s smooth with only a hint of bitterness. It brews quickly into a clean, flavorful cup with a subtle floral aroma that feels calming and uplifting. I’ve tried it both hot and cold brew, and it’s delicious either way—refreshing chilled and comforting when warm. The individually portioned tea bags make it convenient for daily use, and the quality and value really comes through with each cup. A wonderful tea for anyone who enjoys a milder, less astringent black tea.
Many of the Asian Tea's are somewhat on the weak side. This is no exception. I really love Black Tea and thought this would fill the bill. It is a bit weak! Might just be my tastes, but I had to use 2 bags for my cups. I don't think this does the trick. Not a BAD taste, just to. weak for me.
This Japanese black tea is interesting and tasty. It comes in pyramid tea bags that are convenient and easy to brew. I steep one in a cup of 205°F water for about 2 minutes. It has a light, delicate flavor with a subtle hint of astringency and bitterness. It smells wonderful with a floral and honey note. It can be cold-brewed for a more refreshing taste as well. This comes in a resealable, foil-lined standup bag. Product of Japan. Overall, I like this. It is smooth and tasty. A good wakocha.
