Coffee dripper made of real Japanese pottery ceramic in the city of Mizunami, Gifu prefecture. They are made in Mino ware style (minoyaki), which was developed more than 1300 years ago. Mino ware is a protected traditional craft from Gifu prefecture characterized by the innovative glaze use and its unusual shapes and colors, which create different patterns, so no 2 items are the same.
[ Easy-to-use Pour Over Coffee Dripper ]
Dark navy blue coffee dripper that can be used not only for coffee but for all types of tea as well. Very simple, easy-to-use (Best use with the Asayu Dark Navy Blue Accessory Ceramic Mug from the same collection, sold separately). They are microwave, freezer, dishwasher, and dish dryer safe. Not safe to use in open burner stoves or ovens.
[ How to Use? ]
1) Place paper filters inside the coffee dripper.
2) Add about 10 gr of ground coffee and bloom it. That is, pour enough hot water to the point where it’s completely absorbed by the grounds, about 30 seconds.
3) From the center, slowly pour 120ml of hot water in a spiral motion towards the outer edge until sinking the coffee. Wait for the coffee bed to stop dripping.
4) Repeat 2 or 3 times. It takes around 2-3 minutes in total.
