I love these Japanese tea bags. The Sencha has a smooth, clean taste with just a touch of natural bitterness, while the Genmaicha with Matcha offers a comforting, nutty flavor with a toasted aroma that’s incredibly soothing. I appreciate that they use 100% first-flush tea leaves—you can taste the quality. The tea bags are super convenient for hot and cold brewing, making it easy to enjoy a calming tea break anytime. Excellent quality, flavor, and value—a new staple in my daily routine!
These are green teas from Japan. There are two different distinct flavors of teas in this set. One is of the green tea variety and the other is of the roasted brown rice variety with matcha. The roasted brown rice adds a very nice nutty flavor to the matcha tea. There are fifteen tea bags in each variety of tea. The teas are in tea bags of the satchel type and there is no string on the tea bags. And the teas are not loose leaf teas. Keep in mind green teas have a delicate flavor and boiling water should not be used. Typical green teas should be brewed around 170 degrees, to keep from burning the tea leaves. Each flavor of tea has a resealable bag.
